Ferdia Lennon Author

Ferdia Lennon was born in Dublin to an Irish mother and Libyan father. He holds a BA International in History and Classics from University College Dublin and Universiteit van Amsterdam. He also holds an MA in Prose Fiction from the University of East Anglia. His short stories have appeared in publications such as The Irish Times, Litro Magazine and The Stinging Fly, and his fiction has been nominated for prizes, including the Hennessy Emerging Writer Award and the Galley Beggar Short Story Prize. In 2019 and 2021, he was awarded a Literature Bursary from Arts Council Ireland to work on this novel and a second novel that will be finished towards the end of the year. For the past few years, he has been based between Ireland and France.
